Develop and implement state-of-the-art fluorescence imaging and analysis techniques to quantify the molecular and cellular mechanisms of cell and tissue function to provide insights into cancer, neuroscience, and plant biology. Investigate the dynamic intricacies of cell-cell interactions, protein localization, and signaling using innovative imaging techniques. Train individuals in using advanced microscope modalities and advise researchers on the preparation of live cells, organoids, and tissue sections for advanced high-resolution 3D tissue imaging, and 4D live cell imaging to localize protein-protein and protein-nucleic-acid interactions and examine intra-cellular/tissue structures. Provide training and support for advanced software packages for advanced image processing, 3D rendering, and 4D measurements.
