Genome Sequencing

The Lita Annenberg Hazen Genome Sequencing Center at Cold Spring Harbor performs high-throughput sequencing of several organisms, including the flowering plant Arabidopsis thaliana, the fission yeast S. pombe, and homo sapiens.

Bioinformatics

The Hershey bioinformatics group develops novel analytic software, databases, and user interfaces for the management, manipulation and mining of genome data.

Training Courses

The Advanced Genome Sequencing and Analysis Course, Genome Informatics, and Computational Genomics courses provided post-graduate training courses in genome sequencing, genome informatics, and DNA analysis.
