The purpose of the facility is to provide CSHL researchers access to a full Microarray analysis service that includes two central components: The Microarray Laboratory, which is responsible for all aspects of array production and experimental protocols for their analysis. The Informatics section, which undertakes all software implementation for data collection, analysis and information storage and management. The Array Facility is completely equipped for custom, in-house microarray printing as well as an Affymetrix station.
