The Cancer Center at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) is a basic research facility devoted to the understanding of fundamental biology of cancer, particularly human cancer. CSHL is one of 60 institutions funded by the Cancer Centers Program of the National Cancer Institute.

Funding from the NCI supports eleven Shared Research Resources, which provide specialized, state-of-the art equipment and techniques. These resources are staffed by specialists who work closely with center investigators to analyze samples, optimize experiments, and provide technical advice, training and assistance with data analysis. These facilities are continually updated and revised as technology and research needs change.

The shared resources are conveniently located within research buildings throughout Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, and are available to all Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory scientists at a reasonable cost. Investigators at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory have first priority in use of these services, but some services are also offered to outside investigators. Contact individual Shared Resource Managers for more information.

Other CSHL Resources provide services, information or support for science:
