DESCRIPTION
Microarray services are no longer being provided in-house. The Microarray Shared Resource is undergoing reorganization to provide alternative services for RNA and DNA quantitation and analysis.
ARRAY BIOINFORMATICS
Contact the CSHL Bioinformatics Shared Resource for assistance with microarray analysis.
QUANTITATION USING SEQUENCING TECHNOLOGIES
As an alternative to microarrays, sequencing services provided by the Genome Sequencing Center can be used for analysis of mRNA expression, copy number variance, genome wide methylation, splicing variation or transcription factor binding.
SHARED EQUIPMENT
Shared equipment is maintained at Woodbury for sample analysis and quality control, quantitative PCR experiments, and scanning.
